Before.....and After!

Here we are on our way to Disney.....do they look excited or what? I was alittle scared of how Ms. Ellie would handle it--but I tell ya, she was a real trouper. She didnt cry once, and she was 100% mesmerized and entralled. Lucky for us, the whole roll of seats behind us were empty so we could put our treats there, coats and move around. The show was GREAT! It was one of my favorites. When we first arrived, the girls wanted snow cones....for 3 snowcones--$30.00!!!! All I could do was laugh. I knew it was pricey and since we only do this once a year--you have to have the attitude that your going to pay thru the nose. Our mission is just to have the grandkids have fun, and kinda get spoiled. All 3 of them loved the show.
Just me!
Now this photo says it all! All 3 of them AFTER the show, after the goodies, after the toys. When we first got into the car they were still talking about "Disney" and how they liked it--I'd say in about 5 minutes they began dropping like flies. The only one who dosnt have to get up today is Ms. Ellie. The other 2 have school unless mom and dad let them snuggle in after their night with Grandma and Granpa. It was a really fun night and I"d do it again in a minute. Ms. Ellie is now included on all our outings!

What magical moments spent with your little princesses....but holy cow...$30.00 for 3 snowcones...where did they bring the ice in from? Don't you have gobs of snow there? LOL I like the style of your hair...very cute! What a wonderful Grandma and Grandpa you both are and it's great when the kiddo's believe that FAIRY TALES DO COME TRUE!

oh its insane! but remember they come in a collectible disney cup,,,lol. OMG i was mortified. cotton candy is 10.00, little light up toys are 20.00, pictures are 12, and 16.00. its a huge payout night no matter how you look at it. we couldnt afford this when our kids were little so its a great gift to take these guys.

DEAR DAWN,
ADORABLE PICTURES.....I AM SO GLAD YOU WERE ABLE TO SPOIL THE GRANDKIDS BUT 30.00 FOR SNOWCONES IS HIGH-WAY ROBBERY...THEY ARE CERTAINLY PROUD OF THEIR SNOWCONES HUH...I THINK WE SHOULD GO INTO THE SNOWCONE BUSINES...REALLY I DO.I AGREE WITH SASSY...WHERE DID THEY GET THE ICE...I WOULD THINK THEIR BIGGEST EXPENSE WOULD BE THE SUGAR SYRUP...THEN YOU HAVE THE ICE...PAPER CUPS...THE LICENSE TO SELL THEM...NAW THEY ARE HIGHWAY ROBBERS....
VERY PRETTY PICTURE OF YOU
BLESSINGS

Those pics are so cute and the memories you are making for the girls are priceless. Just think how even after they are all grown up they will think about those great trips to the ice shows with gran and gramps.
Did you get a new hairstyle? You look great!!!

Love that second picture! I remember so well taking Cait and her friends to events and looking into the backseat and seeing the exact same pose lol! But really, $10.00 for a snow cone? Sheesh, I know the Zamboni could produce the ice (just kidding). You're right, you only live once, so splurge on the grandbabies! Glad you had such a great time and that Miss Ellie was such a trooper. Kathy

So glad everyone had a great time. I am wondering how much some real food would be, if the ice and flavoring was $10 each. But like my hubby always says, "how can you put a price tag on a good time?" Such fun memories to remember.
