Okkk here is Baldymans's side of the bedroom, now mind you this is the side you see when you walk into our room so of course I will be a good homemaker and make sure this is very neat and tidy. DO NOT notice that i have not changed the little linen on baldymans nightstand--yes its still from Christmas. I'm tellin ya, I'm bad! But do note that I have my Valentines Day Lion on the bed and he purrs when you touch his hand! I vacumn daily...but I rarely dust. I'm one of those cleaners that only cleans what you see...and here is the proof!
Yep, this is my side of our room!!! This is how it is every single day...I'm not lying! Sometimes I will pick up the magazines and neatly stack them so i can vacumn around the bed because I'm sure there are popcorn kernels there or m'ms or genies hair and god only knows what else! Also, note my nightstand--is that NOT a pig???? I thought I would be embarassed but I'm not...I should be though huh? Just looking at this is making me quite ill....it really is bad. So there ya go ladies...my dirty side of the room! I should have taken a picture of our shower that we never use. When I opened the curtain I nearly barfed. I was like--why didnt someone tell me it was this dirty! Baldy and I never use that shower so I had no idea cooties took over. BUT...I did clean that and I'm checking it now. Problem is, I have alot of company and I forget to check that bathroom!
Ok ladies, I cant be the only closet pig! I dare you to show me the dirty side of your room!

LOL Dawnie, thts what I like about you, your honesty. Well its not that bad. You just need to push it under the bed out of the way!! The bed is made though that counts! I hate dusting too and yes I have loads of books in my bedroom too. Magazines I dont bother with. OK I think we should all post pictures hey?
Oh Dawnie - that is so cute. I'm a neat nick but a relaxed one after living with two guys who make fun of my wanting to keep things neat. My main problem is that we live in a very tiny, but cozy home. After 25 years, I've run out of storage space and I have too much furniture for my home.
It made me smile when you said you move your piles to vacuum and that you keep the side by the door neat. Love it and it's a great way to start Monday.

As for your bedroom at least it has that lived in look to it... Which I salute you for it. To me a home should be lived in, not a showcase for showing off. LOL
Now as to posting pics of mine----well the hubby just got thru going through some kind of spring cleaning yesterday while I was out! YEP, and I mean cleaning from top to bottom. He even got the babies of of the bed for a while too...
Now to just find my camera.

I dont have to share it with my hubby so I just dump my stuff,I do try to keep it organized but it never works,
just kick the stuff under the bed,lol!

you know you look at some of the stuff on our nightstands and its really pathetic. the feather thing on baldymans nightstand..he WONT part with that. its the only thing he has from his grandma, now i appreciate that but can it get any uglier? and me--why so many water bottles??? by the way i did change his linen! I will get rid of some of the water bottles to.

hey dawnie,that side of your bed looks alot like jims side..lol he is a pig..i even bought him baskets so he can trow his clothes in them some how he cant find the baskets..lol let me know if your coming this saturday ,uncle bobby needs to know so he can get the prime rib..have a .good day.........

Maybe you need a bigger basket for your magazines. I have baskets and baskets of decorating mags.

Does Baldyman do his own cleaning on his side? I should take some pics of my house...it's clean because we had people over to watch the superbowl...well, all except for the master bedroom. I just closed the door on it.
I would rather be doing anything but house cleaning...yuck. lol.
Hey your bed is made and as long as my bed is made my room is clean. My rooms are so full of stuff that it always looks messy.

my girl...it is messy! and do I need to remind us all that there is a difference between messy and dirty? lol
My pantry closet gets that way...my kids are horrible slobs.
I am a neat freak and am forever cleaning something...including my greenhouse...well most of the time! You all have seen how that looks....
my messy spot would have to be the garage! I am not even parking in there at the moment...it is a disaster area!

At least it's just the floor next to your bed. My lil' piles start at one end of the house and continue through to the other end.... Thank heaven for housekeepers. She tidy's up my piles, but eventually I have to sort through them. The funny thing is, when I start sorting my magazines I usually become distracted by rereading them for a couple hours. It's always a work in progress.LOL!

Nice to meet a real person!! Most of my unplaced outof placed and miscellaneous stuff is in the guest bedroom with the door shut. You know out of sight out of mind LOL!!
