Look who keeps busy in the night! This spider web sits just above the entrance to the hot tub. Its rare you get to see a decent web these days to...all we normally get are the scary spiders!
Its a pretty good web if you click on the picture to enlarge it. No bugs are in it yet--and we havent seen the spider. I try not to think about this web when I climb into the hot tub at night--I mean wonder if its a HUGE spider sitting just above my hair as i climb in....eek!!!!
The weather in Wisconsin since Saturday has just been sad....no better word. Its cold, cloudy, damp,,,and today is starting out the same. It dosnt feel like Spring or summer here, in fact it feels like early Fall.
Nothing else going on here, but trying to plan our vacation and looking forward to some sunshine.

I just could not sit in the hot tub with that so close.
That is a very impressive work there. I'm afraid I wouldn't sit near it though.
I'm heading back to Nevada soon but I'll be in Reno this next trip to visit family.

I looks like it is the time of the year for spiders! The web I photographed wasn't in it's usual spot this morning, so I hope the spider is alright. Most people don't realize that dangerous spiders aren't the ones that build their webs outside, in the open. Those are the harmless insect catchers. I don't like to harm any spider because of that reason. Maybe your spider is kept warm by your hot tub. Smart spider.
I know most spiders are harmless but they gross me out and the webs too.
Our weather turned cool too. It's been so windy lately, and of course a little rain also. Maybe July will be warmer.
I think that web is beautiful Little Miss Muffet....it is amazing the work that a spider can do....here's hoping to warmer weather for you...come to Arizona...we have sunshine to spare.
